Warranty & Care Service

We offer a 12-month warranty for material or craftsmanship issues from the date of purchase.
This includes issues such as non-human breakage, loose stones, broken clasps, or abnormal plating problems.
Damage caused by daily wear, perfume, sweat, water, chemicals, improper storage, or lost items is not covered.
For non-warranty cases, we may offer a one-time 50% replacement service. The original item does not need to be returned.
